We serve gardeners worldwide with few exceptions. Currently, we’re unable to ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. We’re based in Moore, Oklahoma, but our passion for plants knows no borders!

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Each bulb and plant is then carefully selected, inspected, and packaged by our expert team. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

We treat every shipment with royal care! Our specialized packaging includes breathable materials to keep bulbs healthy, secure cushioning to prevent damage, clear planting instructions, and temperature-appropriate packaging for sensitive varieties.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your plants. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our plant enthusiasts at [email protected] to initiate a return.

We take great care in packaging your plants to prevent damage during transit. However, if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and we’ll happily resolve the issue.

Due to the living nature of our products, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. However, we’ll work with you to find a satisfactory solution if you’re not happy with your selection.

While we carefully prepare all necessary documentation, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
