Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to inspect your products and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned with all tags and labels attached
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perfumes (opened or used cosmetic products)
- Todos los Cosméticos (all cosmetic products)
- Engraved items with personalized markings
- Opened or used plant care products
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items including:
- The original product in its packaging
- Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product using your preferred shipping method. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, while we’ll cover the shipping for your new item.
For exchanges to products of different value, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.
